Diuretic foods: Improve your health and eliminate toxins naturally
diuretic foods
The body eliminates toxins through urine, feces, and perspiration.
For this reason, Ayurveda gives so much importance to what we call "MALAS" (elimination channels of the body). Many times my clients ask me why it is good to take laxatives or diuretics, the truth is that it is not necessary; the body naturally goes through its detoxification and elimination process. The problem arises when the body is out of balance, then constipation, excessive urination, or excessive or insufficient sweating begin.
When would we use a diuretic?
Fluid retention, Edema High blood pressure In case of skin irritation, rashes, Having consumed toxic food, poisoning, Some poisonous bite or sting.
An excellent diuretic is a medicine called Punarnavasava, जड़ी बूटी का. This medication will stimulate urination by flushing out toxins that may be circulating in excess in the body.
